Field Mentoring
HANDS-ON CAPACITY BUILDING
Create and execute action plans for supporting healing alongside New American communities, using our We/ve curriculum and working alongside our field team in Atlanta. We/ve is a seven-step process that helps communities name where they already thrive and grow capacity where they feel disconnected.
Field work includes exploring your own interests in collaborating with local organizations. Our partners include Friends of Refugees, Grace Village, Global Frontier Missions, and Steady Hope Counseling.
Interns and Residents will spend approximately 20-hours per week of field work, in combination of both designated and selected appointments.
